Being on equal ground means being able to appreciate your own perspective as well as the perspective of others, and recognizing that being able to put yourself in someone else’s place is an asset. It’s realizing that everyone’s voice is important and that everyone’s contribution is valuable. We believe that being on equal ground helps to build a smooth foundation for all agile development methods.
